HI elroy,

The UK and EU banks are levered more then the American investment banks were.American investment banks are a small subsection of community/depository banks which by law were restrained to a max levering of 12to 1.

Foreign currencies are all about being valued in a relative way.

Emerging markets must either go up big or the economic slowdown will permeate all corners globally.

IMO

Bob

When all the negative doomsayer trash the buck,it will be a super performer after the truth of other banks is known - in a relative way.

If you think the USA will be slow - UK and EU must get a grip for real regarding their future.

In 2001 we traveled Ireland - well into a huge realestate boom. After 9/11 the USA went into a recession. This didn't impact the UK or EU nearly as bad.Their real estate markets continued to blow off.

That being said our legislature passed many minority favoring laws that allowed this circus to perpetuate itself.

They al;l blame the greed of wall street - the best defense is a strong offense.

JMHO

Bob
