I was about to ask the same question. Maybe someone bought up to his limit. My guess is that it is just the calm before early word starts getting out on Q4 and FYE earnings. I pulled a buy order for another 1000 long today at 12 1/4 to buy HEC instead. With 7400 shares of APSG already, I did not want to overdo it. Here's hoping!
