I'd say the simplest thing if you get unwanted PM's is to delete them unread.
But failing this, inform the sender that any more such messages you get *may* be quoted or posted [note: not will, just may... your choice] and you will consider that if they send them they are fully and voluntarily waiving any right to privacy.

Then it's all clear and open, no misunderstandings.

Kind of boring, I know, but much cleaner.
