I have no involvement in any IPO stock whatsoever and categorically your honour. I am a prospector, claimstaker and erstwhile Bay Street tramp but I don't do public companies. At present I am living on social assistance at the Good Sheperd Hostel in Toronto, and I am going blind in one eye. Nevertheless I am sending my mother monthly cheques, your honour, in hopes she will relent and write me back into the inheritance. Our family has a shack by the railroad tracks in Latchford (See appendix A, Taj Uhaul) and I may get that and the contents of the garage if I am a good boy. There is an 1957 lawnmower in there with a Briggs and Stratton engine and it may have antique value.

If you mean Shield Gold Inc., all the miscreants of which I am familiar, the last I heard was their mighty stock support machine had held it firmly at 6 cents against a veritable flurry of hedge fund paper. Amazing. I don't if their geological team has yet identified a property of merit in this burgeoning market, but it had better be a good one and come with all the financing - or they like 1000's of other juniors will be cold wet toast on a piece of chipped crockery by the end of their financial year.

It will take Genius. Apparently there is no shortage of that going around the board room.
