This has nothing to do with the US Constitution (which I'll happily state is the most admirable and successful written constitution extant). The whole Obama citizenship question is another sad conspiracy theory which gives you an alternative to accepting you've lost. In any event, as you should have learned from the election in 2000, the Supreme Court will validate the victor, whatever the merits of the argument.
