"Terrorism, why do you need one to fly ?? " Right. I can see a terrorist hijacking a train and ramming it into the Pentegon... Does an ID have a little notation on it indicating you are a terrorist? "Trains require them now and you see plenty of poor people on them." You do realize that poor people don't necessarily live where there is train traffic? Even though a lot of rail goes through this area, there hasn't been passenger rail service for decades.
