This is about more than a legal matter filed by Berg.

This runs to the core of America-----Is he a Kenyan or is he an American?

You are simply trying to avoid the need to know by all American Voters.

Every talk show host should be asking that question until it gets answered.

You are an idiot Kenneth. Does a kid have to prove he is old enough to buy liquor or does the store clerk have to prove he isn't?

So many other instances. Too many to number.

The burden of proof is on the accusers.

So Obama is playing legal games? You KNOW if he could produce the evidence it would be all over the internet and on his website, and probably on a big sign stretched between the styrofoam pillars.

Sure he does.

We as voters undergo scrutiny in verifying that we are citizens and legal voters as we should------------please tell us why Barrack Hussein Obama a Candidate of the Democrat Party should be exempt and not undergo scrutiny and provide the voters with documentation.

We have a right as voters to know these details-----let's get the information out in the open.

Where is the 'transparency' that Obama keeps referring to----all we really have is two fictionalized books full of half truths on his life.

Whose Presidential Candidate is this-----America's or Kenya's or Indonesia's?

Voters have the right to know before we vote-----not a week or a month afterwards.

Can you imagine an impeachment process that would ensue if Obama were elected and is not an American Citizen?

That would pale in comparison to Bill Clinton's desecration of the Oval office.
