Dan,

Are you trying to tell us that if xecom files their quarterly report then some guy who I believe is not even with the company anymore will be given an opportunity to dump a ton of shares. And this current drop in share price has nothing to do with whether the quarterly report is going to be good, bad or indifferent?

Please advise as to how you know this information and if its of public record where does one find it.

Regards,

Dave

Dan:

Joe maintains that Truher (Trueher?, whatever) has not been selling, nor have any other insiders at Xecom. He goes on to say that he and others at Xecom have been buying.

I understand that insiders have been converting their preferred stock to the common stock of Xecom, including Joe. So to that extent they must have confidence in what is going on with the company.

Joe's says that he does not know why the selling pressure is on right now, but assumes it is tax selling and/or "shorts" covering.

Lurker may have it right that a buying opportunity is at hand. We'll see if a dime or nickel can do it--two bits? Hmm.
