Yes, those bipartisan reports ordered up by a republican led legislative committee and performed by a qualified and highly respected ex prosecutor can be a problem.

Trooper Wooten wasn't the Governor's office's problem. Stupid to not just let it go. The approriate review board had done its job.

Todd was a complete loose cannon. He was like a male Hillary. Why did he need to see Wooten's personnel file? His workman's compensation file? He had no standing....none.

Forget what you think was contradicting or wrong....the conclusion of the report was abuse of power.

Violation of ethical rules.

That is the headline in every paper today. And McCain how has to deal with that too.

What a mess....
