Leo, I also got out at 49 few days ago. I think Smith Barney upgrade last week was just to allow its clients to get out at a good price. This is very cruel - but happens all the time.
I don't know what to make of the earning but the price action tells me that it is not going to be good! Besides, I think the tech stocks will have a hard time heading into the Xmas season.

Leo,

Why are you staying out of SPCT until earnings if you are certain that the earnings are going to be near $0.70? Assuming that SPCT does not have bad news for 4Q, the stock should immediately jump. It seems that the general market psychology has changed the last two days, so good news should result in upwards stock movements.

Has anything changed in your mind since last week? Would the stock go down even if SPCT reported $0.57/share?

Richard
