I might modify your quote a bit since you don't think abuse of power is an issue presidents or vice-presidents should be judged by...Try this: "There's a global financial meltdown due to greed and arrogance by (fill in blank) and you're obsessed about Ayers and some plot to affect the education system in Chicago four years ago? Are you for real? Have a cup of strong coffee and get some fresh air....<g>" Sadly, the McCain campaign's selection of the fatally flawed Sarah Palin cost him any chance to win the undecided middle. The race is over. The Democrats will control everything and maybe have a filibuster proof majority in the Senate. And somehow they will try to blamce the non-bush true conservatives. I truly hope if that happens Republicans will do a little more self-analysis as to how it all came to be than I've seen so far....
