Theory on PowerPC

If Rhapsody can port well to the Intel architecture, I don't see much of a future in PowerPC. Apple's sales of PowerPC will start to shrivel as buyers will find no advantange to buying a PowerPC machine vs a Wintel clone.

Hence, this would erode future hardware sales at Apple. I think Apple should jettison the hardware to another company and concentrate purely on Rhapsody development. They've got to adapt quickly to the changing environment which is something they're not very adept at.
