Re: "does it bother you that... may be in violation of the Constitution?"

If and when anything is established in the Courts... that is when I'll be 'bothered'.

Right now, all I see is that the same charges have been filed in a variety of Courts around the country alleging that EACH major party candidate is 'not qualified' to run for the office of the Presidency because they are not 'natural born citizens' under the laws in effect at the time of their births.

It's put-up-or-shut-up-time for the folks who have started the lawsuits.

(But, I can't help but note that it is extremely EASY for anyone to sue anyone else in our society... all civil suits take is a filing fee and a little research. ANY bozo can file one.)

Like I said: four or five civil suits have been filed across our country in various States... and we will see how each plays out.

However, I'm always EXTREMELY SKEPTICAL about any such 'political-type' things filed in the waning days of political campaigns.

Such stuff happens in *every election cycle* and, I reckon that if there was much substance to any of these actions they most likely would have been filed months or even years SOONER....
