Although sometimes embarrassing, I admit my errors. It has been pointed out to me that the October 9th, 2008 court proceeding constituted a motion and response by plaintiff "Berg" for Obama to comply with the civil action against Obama to provide definitive proof of US citizenship to the court. Sorry, I'm not a lawyer, but I am learning. This motion has not been ruled on and in the event it is granted, it will be signed and dated by Judge Surrick. I don't know if others are now having this difficulty or not, but I am now unable to access the court docket for this case, but have a screen capture of it here.
