The question is about her use of her office to try to get Wooten fired. That was the ethical violation.

One might wonder if she didn't run for the governship just to get get rid of Wooten. Nah. That's too Machiavellian/Rovian for Alaska.

Things are not looking good for MS because of the stock's drop on thursday and friday. Now, understandably, Mitsubishi wants to renegotiate its deal with MS. Who ever thought it was a good idea to lift the short selling of financials prior to the MS deal getting done needs to be taken out back behind the woodshed. If MS fails ala LEH, the DOW will experience another plumment of humongous proportions. UGH!
