"One thing is clear......none of them seem to be 100% sure what the solution is." There is a reason for that. I think the derivatives were made obscure for a reason. That way if anybody in Congress took it into their head to regulate, all they had to do was send in one of their bright boys to go over the specifics. When his presentation was done, and the Congressman's eyes stopped rolling around, he was finish up with "how can you regulate something like this?". The congresscritters would shudder and hit the bar to try to forget out it...
