Yes, but early IQ tests could be misleading. If one child has a quiet environment to study in with a laptop and internet, and another doesn't, those tests wouldn't be fair.

Come to think of it, all testing at schools will have to be done away with in Obamaland, because, they are not fair. Why should one kid get into Harvard because of 1600 SAT scores, when another never had the opportunity to study and get that smart?

We may have to turn every child over to the state and normalize every facet of their lives in order to create the perfectly *fair* Obamaland society.
