I'm not aware of any basis for such an analyst opinion. Lauer did say on 9/10/08 that: "...we haven't announced what the up-front Nokia payment is. When we announce our earnings in October, you'll see that right away on the balance sheet. And, I think we'll give you a little bit more guidance about where we go forward with that." Only 3 weeks before the end of the quarter, and sounds pretty definitive to me, unless he was being over-confident about the maybe still pending payment. David
