We don't have Costco around here and from what I hear that is too bad. Sam's is a pretty reasonable substitute for Costco. I notice there are only two Costco warehouses in WI - Grafton and Middleton. Wonder why that is?

I recently discovered a Tyson package of roasted, diced chicken breast. Walmart has them for a buck less than my Kroger, around $2.50 each. There is enough in a package for two big salads or chicken Alfredo meals. Sure is easier than cooking raw chicken.
