LIBOR rates are dropping:

For Euro-based LIBOR (EURIBOR), the one-week rate fell 23 basis points to 4.335%, its largest decline this year. Three-month EURIBOR fell 6.75 basis points to 5.29875%, a welcome drop but not yet enough.

For sterling-based LIBOR, the one-week rate fell less than a basis point to 5.85625%, and the three-month rate fell 1.625 basis points to 6.26875%.
