Rat: "I'm hoping to be named Drug Czar."

koan: You will have to get behind me. I have better credentials than you. I was the State Director of Alcoholism and Drug Abuse and wrote the first state plan.

The first thing I would get rid of is the DARE program which the New England Journal of Medicene showed does nothing to prevent drug abuse.

The next step would be to legalize pot and then give amnesty to all those innocent kids serving jail time. I cringe for those kids being thrown into jail with a bunch of hardened criminals for nothing; and Think how much money we could save.

I find it ironic Cindy MCCain's father made a fortune selling alcohol and is considerd a great man for distributing a drug much more harmful to both individuals and society, while people caught smoking a J go to jail.
