PCYC is up 13% with volume about 1.31x its ADV bigcharts.marketwatch.com It announced today that it has entered into an agreements with various institutional investors for the sale of approximately 6,150,000 shares of its common stock in a registered direct offering at $6.51 per share, which was the closing price yesterday. Gross proceeds of the offering, before deducting expenses, are expected to be approximately $40M. PCYC plans to use the proceeds for general corporate purposes, including clinical trials, preclinical research expenses and other general expenses.
