INCE has supposedly signed a 4 month contract to have Carl Thompson and Associated handle IR (i.e. press releases). The contact information given at the end of past releases has been: Jenny Herring, Acct. Executive, or Wayne Brown, Sr. VP, 303-494-5472. Re: the block trades - there has been both large block sell trades and buy trades. Monday there seemed to be major short pressure. Everytime there was an uptick of minor volume a larger number of shares were sold. I don't claim to have an inside track on how INCE's market makers are trading shares amongst themselves, but it certainly looks like the MMs are enjoying the lack of news (taking the price down whenever the number of buyers dwindles). I'm anxious for news, and for the next 10-K, and the next two 10-Qs. FYI - here is some information that was forwarded to me by another INCE shareholder. Gil Olachea will be joining INCE (officially) very soon, to oversee Sigma 7 operations. I suspect a press release should be coming out soon on this. <<<I did an internet search over the weekend on Gil Olachea and came up with a lot of real positive stuff. As you probably know, Gil was director of marketing for AMKOR, but seems to be more than just a sales type guy. He is quoted quite often regarding semiconductor industry trends in a publication called "Electronic News", a weekly industry news sheet published on the internet and has a lot to say about various new technologies. He also recently co-chaired the Third International Assembly and Packaging Foundry Conference September 25-26, 1997 at the Sunnyvale Hilton Inn, Sunnyvale, California. "Gil Olachea, VP of corporate marketing and communications at Amkor Electronics, will leave at the end of the month to join Intercell, a public holding company of other technology companies, as a corporate staff member. Mr. Olachea will be based in Phoenix, as he is now. Intercell is headquartered in Vancouver, B.C., but will be moving to Boulder, Colo.
