What about the CRA's hand in inflating real estate prices?

Or the effect CRA had in the "easy money" mentality of this decade, both in the financial sector and in the motivations of politicians who try to show off increasing home ownership rates?

Hard to accept the "wall of separation" that Ted is trying to build between CRA (e.g. "redlining") and the subprime mortgage market. It's all related.
