Since when did they say that people should voluntarily pay extra taxes? Biden said paying higher taxes was your patriotic duty. You do read his speeches don't you, instead of what blogs said he said?

Obama: "My attitude is that if the economy's good for folks from the bottom up, it's gonna be good for everybody ... I think when you spread the wealth around, it's good for everybody." Send me a check Z, spread it around brother..... $4000 a month apartment? Geez, you know how many houses you could provide for people living without a roof over their head in New Orleans for that kind of money?
