Bruce, I know for a fact that Chuck Goto covers the IC companies out of Tokyo (NEC, Hitachi, Toshiba, MELCO, Fujitsu, Oki). This also probably includes the SPE companies as well (Nikon, Tokyo Electron, Advantest, Canon etc). Whatever he says should be an official SB position - it just appears may not be much in the way of communication between the international side and the domestic side. Therefore this news release may be material. This is why I think we all need to know the date of the SB report that was posted to AOL. Again, I don't think this was the one released on 9th Sept, rather a follow-up to the downgrade. PAinvestor
