TJ: we've been through this before. If you have sources that point by point refute Stephen Dillaye then post them. The suggestion that the size of the refutation is indicative of its quality speaks for itself (res ipsa loquitur). I am not a defender of US fiat, as its source is the money-as- debt MO of the Anglo-Dutch variety. That is a fiat that always fail, without doubt.
