TJ, to make myself clear - I refer to investment venues and stability and not investments who offer mobility over borders

Another asset class IMHO is fertile agricultural land into which I intend to invest now as many will need to unload their holdings.

Last year agricultural land in the US appreciated about 8% on average (and would like to make the distinction that I do not refer to land posed to receive building permits which is speculative)

South Eastern EU can offer opportunities even that prices there went from around EUR 300 to EUR 1,500 over the last 10 years per HA (in the US prices are 4 to 5 times higher)

Brazil would be also a viable place as would be certain Arfrican countries - they have the water resources that for example India and China do not have
