OK, (so that's the one 'case' you were referring to.)

One of SEVERAL in a variety of different states, that seek to challenge the eligibility of *each* of the candidates (McCain and Obama both)....

Like I said: this close to any election I usually ASSUME that 99.9% of all such stuff is just political PR (cheaper then buying ad time!) and maneuvering.

Still... time will resolve all of these cases one way or another.
