Rather than encourage or mandate better bank risk management, the government is assuming the risk on behalf of taxpayers.

It wasn't but a couple months ago that Maxine Waters, liberal, socialist democrat from 'South L.A.' ,California, said just that during a House hearing - we'll nationalize big oil.
