Do you believe that this program will benefit any other banks than the nine receiving the transfusion?

My general impression is that they're still going to hang the smaller regionals out to dry. You know, the ones not "too big to fail." The bigger fish are smacking their lips at the thought of consolidating those assets on the cheap, with taxpayer backing to boot.
