I thought you might have meant that, but you said mining. Now that I think about it, the oil sands is a mining operation, although I tend to think of them as an oil producer and lump them into that category. I'm long COSWF as well, average of about 24. I hate that I can never get an actual price on the stock. Yahoo only has yesterday's closing, same with etrade except they give you bid/ask if you go to the quote page. My etrade portfolio page just shows yesterday's price.
