6th Circuit Court of Appeals reverses the vacating of the restraining order requiring that OH Secy of State Brunner(D) do her job properly.

Mind you, they are going to actually hear the case, which means that the reversal of the vacating of the restraining order might be negated.

Gilbert and Sullivan, where are you? Now, when we need you most?

Essentially, SecState Brunner is now back and stuck with the oh-so-onerous task of making sure that all of long-time Democratic ally ACORN's work of committing voter registration fraud in Ohio was actually done in vain. As Darke Blog notes, the court may decide that she doesn't really have to, after all...

You know, the irony of the thought that quote-unquote "judicial activism" is biting Democrats on the rear right now deserves a moment.

...right, moving on. All in all, it's good news for the good guys (us, and the voting public in general), bad news for the Democrats, and very bad news for the bad guys (ACORN), who are also currently trying to figure out how to quash that RICO thing in Ohio.

PS: CNN may actually be waking up and smelling the long-term collusion. Who would have thought it?
