That's good. I remember when my oldest played football for the local area football club, fist fights were very common place.

They'd get tossed in a second. There's both a kid and a parental agreement that outlines everything before anyone gets to play. Over the years the school system has refined these agreements and they're enforced. Each week the kids have to have signed authorization from both his teacher and a parent that says his conduct and grades for the week we fine. The parents are always under a conduct agreement
