I imagine they told them that they could very well cause more damage lifting the tree off the solarium then is there right now but they won't be liable. Sometimes there is just no way to move a tree without doing some more damage.

Damages to our home. My husband said he doesn't remember signing a waiver and I know I didn't sign one but the crane owner said she instructed her crew to get one. The way she said it, you'd've thought she was looking at the signed paper. If push comes to shove, we'll ask her to produce it.
