I've never used 'em. The mark-to-market guy on Capital Stool said he used 'em and I didn't hear any complaints. All 2nd hand and FWIW.....

I work pretty close to their storefront. I've bought gold and silver bullion from them on 2 occasions. They are well stocked, and were happy to take my cash. Not sure exactly what other information you are looking for, but they seemed reputable to me.
