I personally would not buy a used car down there right now because I know after these things the used market gets clogged with junk cars. You also have to watch the auction cars up here and avoid things with TX titles as they will move them north also. There are so many unscrupulous guys in the used business that I'd be real leery of anything other then a program or off lease vehicle. For the time a private trade would have to be local and known by the dealer for me to be comfortable. They will even retitle them from say TX to WI and then they go to the sale with a WI title and nobody is the wiser unless you do a title trace
