Hey, that looks familiar! The person on the left by the Directv dish is my oldest. His wife didn't know he was going up on the roof. The guy with no shirt and his head under the tree works for the crane company. He and his family grew up down the street from us. My son and he are still good friends.

See that solarium under the tree? This is what the insurance company is disputing. They believe the crane company should pay for half of the replacement cost because it was mostly intact until that tree decided to put up one last fight. When they were able to dislodge the tree limbs from the attic, things started shifting and falling down upon the glass roof. It was like a chain reaction. Once that happened, it was all down hill from there. No one could have predicted that.

Also, the insurance company thought a tree guy should have gone in to the solarium and tried to cut some of the limbs coming into to alieve some of the strain. No one would go in that room, it was far too unstable.
