So, they (American hospital which issued his birth certificate is *not* challenging his official government issue birth certificate? (The hospital is not saying that it committed fraud....)

No shock there.

PS... don't think that American hospitals issue 'registration certificates'. They issue Birth Certificates though (following relevant State laws)....
