Can you decode that? "GTC @ 19.5"?

There were a flurry of "Form-T" trades registered right after the close, as low as 19 7/8 (800,000 shares).

Maybe somebody else can clarify, but I thought that "Form-T" were trades done earlier in the day, inadvertently not recorded at the time, and found under the filing cabinet at the end of the day. "Oh, look what I found - better punch it in..."

800,000 shares is a lot to get lost under the filing cabinet...

Something VERY strange is going on here.

Glad I only started a very small position.
