So lenders don't really need their loan payments?

And whats the good thing about a 90 day foreclosure freeze anyway? Won't the foreclosure simply proceed in 90 days? What would change in 90 days except accrual of 3 more months payments?

The intent of the freeze is to see if a loan workout can be put into place.
