Sonki, 3com suit against ROK.

I am against suits. But in this case, if the claim by Mr. Townshend has legs, I think it is appropriate. I have been wondering why it had not been done before. I heard of this Mr. T. quite a while ago and if true would be good for 3COM. Mr. T. is going to license his patent to 3Com. There was this race on between US Robotics and ROK and US robotics came out first. There were lots of funny things going on and claims. I think part of Ascend's trouble was sticking with the ROK tech instead of x2 tech. Anyhow, I am supportive of this suit if Mr.T. was the originator of the basic technology. There could be a faster intl. standard on this tech. and 3Com could be sitting in the driver seat. If Mr.T. is the inventor it would not be a frivilous suit IMO.

I am surprised about the action of the stock. Now here is a case where it can only help 3Com. If anything should have gone down it should have been ROK. Come to think of it, I did not check. Maybe it did go down. gg.

Nice going you only having 1 red stock. I had about 4 see red.

Did you buy Merck and Lilly this morning? How about T? Good call for the mid 35s by Money Magazine.. Of course they said within 1 year, so it has time. gg.
