Yes ma'am I sure did and they said you have 90 days in which to reconnect service and keep this number. I asked them why it was that we were told several times that we would be able to keep the number when we moved? They told me, someone didn't research the address you were moving to. That would have told them you were in a different switching station.

I could resume service at the house and pay a double phone bill. I don't think I should have to because it was their job to do the research. There was no way for us to know where we moved to down the street was on a different prefix.

It just really gauls me they have this attitude. I refuse to pay them for their screw up.

I'll just get a new number when we move back and that will be that.
