If you have crooked poll workers, wouldn't it be easier to do things like change voting machines, lose ballots with the "wrong" votes, etc?

Ummm... Steve was talking about people getting paid to drive from precinct to precinct to vote 20 times. That's got nothing to do with absentee voting.

Of course, you'd have to know which poll workers are crooked in advance, and you'd have to get Republican poll workers in on the act, as well.

Describe the plot to me... How does this really work?
