I wouldn't say they "don't count", but I think it is of dubious value to take all these polls with different methodologies and average them together to somehow think you have a better picture of the situation.

The Gallup "expanded" method, in particular, where Obama has the bigger lead, ignores the voting history of respondents and bases their status on solely their statements as to whether they intend to vote. While this MAY get to a better result, I have doubts about the methodology.

Any poll that shows Obama too far ahead is not legitimate. It means that some liberal got his/her hands into it.
