Supply side is only one side of the equasion. Money trickles down yes, but it also trickles up. But giving money away stifles productivity. If everybody is on welfare than the money will not trickle up, but out of the country.

Supply has worked when? It didn't trickle down either time. It's called the Laugher Curve for a reason.
