John Bollinger pointed out that T-Bills are trading 50 basis points below the Fed Funds rate (for a while now). He said this normally indicates the Fed is much more likely to ease than tighten. On the other hand, the M's that aren't made by BMW are growing like gangbusters. Any thoughts? Utilities continue to rally strongly. Do you believe in Jim Rogers scenario of utilities decoupling from bonds later this decade as a shortage of electrical capacity develops? To clarify, I'm asking you a FA question, not TA.
