The really sad thing about all this is the fact that the USA can no longer manufacture the products it needs. Very little of what we consume these days is American made. We don't even produce much of what we eat, let alone most of the things we use daily. We've created a serious problem for ourselves and there is very little we can do about it now.

Out of the mouths of babes. This morning I remarked to my youngest daughter that in 3 weeks the election will be over, because people will stop talking about it. She said, "no they won't stop." Why? "Because they'll just talk about how they don't like the new President and how he's a ding-wad or something." So perceptive, and she's only 10.
