Get real. If you think the SEC is actually going to do something on Mr. Cox's watch you are clearly delusional. My prediction is that Mr. Cox will be one of the many people who will be handed a presidential pardon at the end of President Bush's term. Otherwise, he should go to jail for a very, very long time for looking the other way while there is (and has been) a systemic abuse of our equity markets! Most of the financial press is in the business of splitting hairs when it comes to Naked Shorting. You can identify this immediately by counting how many times they have to attach the word "abusive" to the words Naked Shorting. JMO TO
