Hank should be pissed at himself.

All his actions vis-a-vis the banks have been all carrot, no stick. He has failed to use the influence the federal cash gives him to require, not simply cajole, the banks to open up credit.

They are going after banks again. STT, DB, LM etc.

Only one thing left to do to stem this tide. Kill mark to market.
